Getting started with accessing the benefits of My HealthCare Option is seamless
Complete the enrollment process by contacting our office and completing documents using Docusign.
We’ll need to learn more about you so we’ll ask some questions about your health during the onboarding process to best tailor your care.
After you are registered and enrolled, you can start using MyChart to communicate with our providers and manage your health.
Once you have set up MyChart, you will be able to schedule appointments in the system.

Treatment
My HealthCare Option offers refills for chronic maintenance prescriptions. Note that we do not complete prior authorizations for prescription medications.
Maintenance prescriptions for chronic medical conditions are available to subscribers with a premium subscription or higher.
To obtain most prescriptions with My HealthCare Option, you will first need to complete labs so we can safely tailor treatment for you.
We’ll need your lab work results on file which can be sent through EPIC to our office.

My HealthCare Option offers a tiered subscription model where businesses pay a monthly fee based on the level of service chosen. This model eliminates deductibles, co-pays, and coinsurance, providing comprehensive care through virtual visits, eVisits, and preventive services.
The subscription includes on-demand prescriptions, maintenance prescriptions, preventive care guidelines, cancer screenings, weight loss management, sick/on-demand televisits, and chronic disease management, among others.
Employees can access care through MyNM MyChart, where they can schedule virtual visits, request eVisits, send messages to doctors, and receive preventive care services. The platform ensures convenient, secure, and timely access to medical attention.
My HealthCare Option offers cost savings by eliminating out-of-pocket expenses, provides convenient access to care through virtual visits, ensures high-quality medical support from board-certified physicians, and emphasizes comprehensive preventive services to promote long-term health.
Employers sign a contract and set up payment through ACH. They can then add or remove employees monthly and manage their subscriptions online. New patients complete enrollment using Docusign, answer health history questions, and schedule appointments or eVisits through MyChart.
Patients must have pertinent lab studies performed at least within 6 months of enrollment and then yearly. This lab work must be sent to or made available through EPIC for review before issuing a prescription. Follow-up blood work may be required for prescription changes.
No, My HealthCare Option does not complete prior authorizations for prescription medications. Patients may need to discuss alternative arrangements with their physicians.
