Employers sign a contract and set up payment through ACH payment through their bank. They can then add or remove employees monthly and manage their subscriptions online. New patients complete enrollment using Docusign, answer health history questions, and schedule appointments or eVisits through MyChart.
Patients must have pertinent lab studies performed at least within 6 months of enrollment and then yearly. This lab work must be sent to or made available through EPIC for review before issuing a prescription. Follow-up blood work may be required for prescription changes.
